Within the framework of the Circular Tourism Albania, which promotes sustainable tourism and circular economy practices in the tourism sector 🌱♻️, Albania is the only beneficiary country receiving capacity-building support and access to best European practices through this initiative 👏🇪🇺.

The project aims to strengthen the skills and knowledge of tourism professionals and businesses in Albania 🎓🏨 by offering opportunities for training, networking, and exchange of experiences with European partners 🤝🌐. Through these activities, the project contributes to the development of a more sustainable, innovative, and resilient tourism sector 💚🚀.

In this context, the implementing partners in Albania have selected a group of professionals and representatives of businesses operating in the tourism sector to participate in a dedicated training programme and study visits in three European partner countries involved in the project 📚✈️.

The first activity of this programme will take place in Nuremberg, Germany 🇩🇪🏰, where the Albanian participants will take part in a three-day study visit 🗓️✅. During this visit, participants will have the opportunity to explore:

• 🔍 advanced practices of sustainable tourism management
• 💡 innovative approaches related to the circular economy in tourism
• 📜🛠️ policies and practical tools supporting sustainable destination development

The study visit will provide a valuable platform for knowledge exchange and professional networking 🧠🤝, enabling Albanian tourism stakeholders to learn directly from European experiences and to transfer these practices to the local tourism ecosystem 🔄🏞️.

Through initiatives such as these, the Circular Tourism Project aims to support Albania in adopting sustainable tourism models 🌿🇦🇱, strengthening the competitiveness of the sector 📈, and promoting responsible tourism development aligned with European sustainability standards 🎯🇪🇺.
