To ensure a successful transition to a circular tourism economy, the project delivers a comprehensive capacity-building program designed for VET educators and SMEs in Albania’s tourism sector. This initiative provides specialised training, mentorship, and hands-on learning experiences, equipping participants with the skills needed to integrate sustainability into their daily operations.

The program includes face-to-face and online training sessions, interactive workshops, and study visits to Germany, France, and Spain, where participants will gain first-hand insights into successful sustainable tourism models. The curriculum is practical and action-oriented, covering essential topics such as waste management, energy efficiency, and responsible sourcing.

By combining expert guidance, international exposure, and real-world application, this initiative fosters collaboration between education and business, ensuring that Albania’s tourism industry remains competitive, innovative, and aligned with EU sustainability standards.
